CONCURE system
CONCURE chambers:

The new CONCURE system is designed to fit to existing pasting lines.

Plates for SLI batteries:

All types of plates for SLI batteries stacked at the end of the pasting line will be fed into carrier. The plate stacks will pass the curing chamber 1 and two drying chambers (2 and 3). The system operates in 3 levels to save floor space. A lift system is operating the cassettes between the levels. For high efficiency an automatic loading and unloading system is available.
Designed for plates of SLI plate types:
  • expanded metal
  • concast
  • conroll
  • punching technology
  • gravity cast
Plates for Industrial Batteries and low speed pasting lines for SLI batteries:

For Industrial Batteries a one level system is available and will be designed to the specific demands of the customers to fit to plate sizes and line speed of the pasting lines.
Up to 8 stacks of plates for SLI batteries will be loaded into one carrier within two minutes. The plate stacks are save inside the carrier and will be handled with care. Plates with grids of usual alloys as well as of soft lead alloys can be handled by this carrier system:
  • short design: 300 plates / min
  • standard design: 600 plates / min
  • long design: 1200 plates / min
Fast curing and drying batch chamber:

The fast curing and drying chamber gives customers with a multitude of different plate sizes as well as low production volume a simple solution to benefit with respect to better six sigma and high flexibility in manufacturing.
