How to use TBLS+:

Recipe

  • 0.5 - 3 % slurry of MTBLS+ depending on demanded final crystal sizes
  • customer recipes uphold

TBLS+ will be shipped as slurry. It has to be added to the positive active material at the beginning of the mixing process, manually or with an automatic feeding unit. TBLS+ garantees a homogeneous distribution of the micronized crystals within the mixing process of the active material for the positive plates.

TBLS+ generates small sized 4 basic lead sulphate crystals in all curing and drying chambers commonly in use for plate manufacturing:

  • curing and drying equipment designed for curing to 3 basic lead sulphate ordinary without steam
  • curing and drying equipment ordinary used for curing to 4 basic lead sulphate with steam
  • modern continuous curing and drying chambers with steam for instance the CONCURE system
