The new additive TBLS+ allows to control the crystal sizes of 4 basic lead sulphate for positive plates within a range of about 2 to 10 µm to take advantage of:
  • easy formation of batteries
  • multiple use in all common curing and drying chambers with and without steam
  • particular advantages with CONCURE technology
  • improved battery performances and savings of active material
The CONCURE system enables continuous / fast curing and drying of positive and negative plates.
  • Curing and drying of plates for SLI Batteries in 3 hours
  • Curing and drying of plates for Industrial Batteries in 3 to 6 hours

CONCURE shortens the dock-to-dock time, avoids stock-keeping, increases productivity.

CONCURE generates a constant plate quality with narrow six sigma reducing the manufacturing costs. The extreme narrow six sigma offers new capabilities of batteries for hybrid vehicals, electical drives, enhanced DOD requirements.
